What is an eBook?

The term eBook stands for electronic book. It is basically a book in digital form that can be read on your PC. The eBooks we sell are PDF or WORD format.

What software do I need to read an eBook?

Most eBooks can be read using the default software of your computer. For eBooks that are in PDF format, you will need Acrobat Reader which can be obtained from www.adobe.com for free. EBooks in Word format will require Microsoft Word.

How do I make a purchase?

First step is to register with us, you only need to register for the first purchase you make, and future purchases can be made by logging in to your account. Add the product/s you wish to purchase by Clicking on “Add to Basket”  once you have added your selected products, under “Shopping Basket” click view Basket, you will see the list of purchases and price details, click “Continue” and make payment.

Will I get an instant download of my purchase?

Yes. Just login, view your oder and download your purchase.

I did not receive my email, how do I get my purchases?

Check that our email has not gone into spam or junk folders, if you still haven’t received it Login to your account once logged in, click on “Your Account” then click on “Order History”. You will then see a list of your orders, click on “View” you will now see your download link.
